According to the Turkish Statistical Institute, TÜIK, 93,514 real estate properties were sold in November 2023. This represents a slight drop compared to the previous month – October 2023 = 93,761 properties sold. Compared to November of the previous year, the overall sales volume decreased by 20.6%. However, the share of foreign capital from the total sales remained almost unchanged – 2.5% in November 2023 compared to 2.8% in the same period in 2022.
