In January 2025, Türkiye’s real estate market recorded significant growth, driven by a combination of economic and social factors. According to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), 112,173 residential properties were sold, representing a 39.7% increase compared to January 2024.

Foreign buyers accounted for 1.4% of total transactions, purchasing 1,547 properties.

The average property price nationwide in January was 3,947,816 Turkish lira ($108,800), with an average price per square metre of 30,136 lira. The average size of properties sold was 131 square metres.
