According to the Turkish Statistical Institute TÜIK, 93 902 real estate properties were sold in the country last month. This marks a significant growth in the market for the first time in the past year. Compared to February of the previous year, the overall sales level increased by 17.3%. However, the share of foreign capital continues to decline, accounting for only about 2% last month.
